Every weekend, except for 30.11/1.12, a special direct train will connect Fribourg to Vevey, Montreux, and Villeneuve, stopping at Romont, Palézieux, and Puidoux. The train departs from Fribourg at 8:49 and arrives in Montreux at 10:04. It will depart from Villeneuve at 15:32 and arrive back in Fribourg at 16:38. The 50% RailAway offer also applies, and tickets, valid only for this special train, can be purchased through all usual channels.
